Ball Forging Machinery
Technical Specification
Function:Â Â Â Â Â Â The Single Ball Forging Machine is designed for continuous hot forging of carbon and alloy steel bars into balls.
Design:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The frame houses an eccentric-type Main Shaft, extra long Header Slide and a double cam-operated Cutter Slide.
The Header and Cutter slides are supported on hardened steel     liners for permanent alignment.
A pneumatically-operated multi-disc, cushioned and ventilated clutch and brake ensure positive drive control.
Construction:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Box-type welded frame. Fabricated, stress-relieved and precision-machined ASTM A-36, steel plate construction. The welded plate construction of the machine housing makes for a very rigid support structure.
